Excellent washing facilities.

Accessing the nearest metro station involves a longer-than-expected walk, especially with luggage, and requires navigating several steps. Also, the lack of an elevator for exit 7 at Shintomicho station is a definite downside. Room entry is cumbersome, involving two separate 6-digit codes, which gets annoying quickly. Lastly, the air conditioning struggles to keep the room cool enough, making it a bit uncomfortable during warmer days.

I truly enjoyed my spacious Grand Japanese Room which had a well-equipped kitchenette and modern amenities, making it easy to prepare meals. The washer/dryer was extremely convenient, and the location was wonderful for exploring Tokyo's sights.
